Mirror Shine for a High Gloss Reflection Finish

Meltonian Mirror Shine is a special hard wax base designed to achieve extremely high reflective gloss. The unique formulation of Meltonian Mirror Shine sets the base and produces mirror effect to see your own reflection in your shoe!

How to use Meltonian Mirror Shine

• It is highly recommended to apply Meltonian Mirror Shine on top of Meltonian Shoe Cream Polish. The hard wax has to be applied in thin layers on the areas where shoes do not bend, such as toe ends, so it does not crack.
• Apply a small amount of Mirror Shine wax to a clean cotton cloth wrapped around your two fingers. Then gently rub the wax using small circular motions onto the leather with a very light pressure. Let dry for 5-10 minutes.
• Continue building the base of the hard wax by repeating previous step, applying layer after layer 10-15 times. Solid wax based is the key foundation to the mirror shine.
• Polish top layer to the mirror smooth condition. Apply a droplet of water and continue to gently rub the surface with very little friction, repeat until you achieve the desired level of mirror shine. It may take some practice and patience to produce the mirror shine for the first time.

Shortcuts: You can smoothen the top layer faster by melting it with heat gun and then polishing it. Adding alcohol to water will help melting the top layer. Also you can use Meltonian Wax Polish as the final layer of the base as it is easier to soothen to the mirror condition.
