Refund policy

Returns You have 30 days after receiving your item to start a return. Start your return through our returns portal: https://meltonian.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login

Items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping unless the order included return coverage at checkout, in which case the return label is free.

Damaged or incorrect items: start a return in the portal and upload a photo. We'll review it and send a prepaid label.

Exchanges: return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post it.

International returns: please reach out directly to info@meltonian.com.
