Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Let us know via chat or send us an email.

All returns are simple

Just send the item back to us for refund. Buyer pays return shipping. The refund will be applied after the item is received and processed. Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of Meltonian on a case by case basis.

Exchanges

The fastest way is to buy what you need in exchange and request a pre-paid return label with the new purchase. You can do that by adding a note at checkout. You also can just return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
