Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All returns require a return authorization number

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyer pays return shipping. The refund will be transferred only after the item is received and identified.

Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of Meltonian on a case by case basis.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also buy what you need in exchange and with the new item we can send you a return label.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
